| Returns Policy
We do not exchange goods that have been worn or used. We do not refund however we will exchange if returned to us within a reasonable amount of time and on presentation of original proof of purchase if the item. We will replace items that:
- are faulty
- were misdescribed
- do not match a sample shown to you

Your Diamond Rose shop order number must be included in the parcel. Your order number must also be included in all email correspondence, as well as on the package of your original parcel. Shipping Rates
Please note that for deliveries within Australia, you only pay one delivery fee per order, irrespective of the number of separate deliveries (sometimes not all items in your order are available for shipment at the same time). For deliveries outside Australia, we will hold your order until we can send you all your items at once, unless you request otherwise. We do charge for each separate delivery for overseas destinations.
Australia Post Rates
This means the goods will be sent via Australia Post - this method of delivery must be used when nominating a post office box for delivery or for locations not serviced by couriers. Please note that deliveries through Australia Post can not be easily tracked. Rates will be advised when ordering
Courier Rates
Courier - signature
This means you must be at the delivery address to sign for your order as you receive it. If you are at work during normal business hours, we recommend using your work address for delivery.
Courier - no signature (Australian deliveries only)
This means you are happy to have the goods delivered to the delivery address without being signed for and that you accept the associated risk.
International Deliveries
Deliveries to destinations outside Australia are made by the courier offering the best rates and services. Charges for international delivery destinations are available at the time of ordering. If your order weighs more than 1.0kg (2.2lb,), well let you know what your delivery charge will be, and seek your approval before sending your order.
Please note that some countries may charge the recipient duties on the "import" of parcels from time-to-time. As these charges are the responsibility of the recipient, please check the customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable. |
